
Food Sustainability Index is a project promoted by Fondazione Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition, in collaboration with The Economist Intelligence Unit.
The project aims at measuring agri-food systems sustainability in 25 countries in the world – which together account for 2/3 of the world population and for the 87% of world GDP – on the basis of the choices made by the same countries with regard to agriculture, nutrition and food waste.
